325FoldersRather than just having a generic Address Book that containsinformation on all of your contacts, you can divide the AddressBook into logical categories by using folders. Using folders, you can divide your AddressBook entries into categories likefriends, family, work, or any othercategory you see fit to create. Folders make managing yourAddress Book and accessingcontact information much easier. Once a folder has been created, you can quickly copy contactentries to it. 1.Click New. A menu willappear. 2.Click New Folder. A dialogbox will open, asking you toname the folder. 3.Type the name of the folder. Try to use a name that willdescribe the contacts that youwill be putting in that folder, likefriends or family. 4.Click OK. The folder will becreated. THE ADDRESS BOOK
